• If one of our reps calls UPS, is the customer service line able to track shipments that old and tell us who signed for it?
• In this instance, the shipment left the warehouse back in March.
• I have to wait 15 days before I make a claim because “package has a problem” as a robot tells me.

• Of course, due to the age of the shipment, it can’t be tracked online.
• I called and spoke with them twice twice, they said they don’t have any receipt of the package and never scanned it.

Accidentally used same shipping label for 2 different packages going to the same place
